Chef Eric was formally trained in French cuisine at the CCA San Francisco and was mentored by acclaimed Chefs Michael Minna (Aqua) and Huber Keller (Fleur De Lys). Raised in El Salvador with a Sicilian father and a Salvadorian mother, Eric has lived and worked in the S.F. area for 45 years.
