Chef Eric was formerly trained in French cuisine at the CIA San Francisco and was mentored by acclaimed Chefs, Michael Minna (Aqua) and Huber Keller (Fleur De Lys). Raised in El Salvador, with Sicilian father and Salvadorian mother, Eric has lived and worked in the S.F. area for over 45 years.
