Baxters launched in the Summer of 2023 to provide Benicians and guests with quality crafted cocktails, creative food, and a place to gather. Located in the heart of Downtown Benicia, Baxters is where all are welcome to enjoy and celebrate life in a casual fine dining atmosphere.
This is my fifth visit. Love the Bolognese, the Filet Mignon. Signature drink, a Smokey Old Fashioned is fire. Today's test run for their brunch menu was fantastic. I had the Pulled Pork Hash, Home Fries, Pomegranate Rosemary Mimosa and ended with an expresso.
Everything from the moment we walked in was outstanding. From the greeting to the , artful crafted cocktails to the seamless service and then there is the food. 'Chefs kiss'. Had the scallops had to stop myself from licking the plate. A great way to have a relaxing, delicious evening with my lovies.
Benicia has a GREAT restaurant now! Consistently great food & creative cocktails with friendly staff and happy guests. They have raised the bar for quality in Benicia. Make sure to reserve because this place has become very hip.
Awesome dining experience. Personal greetings by the owners ensuring a wonderful dinner. Staff is very attentive to the needs of patrons. Meal is expertly prepared by a master chef.
